On August 23, 2023, WELONG held the monthly reading sharing club. The book we are reading this month is “The Five Management of Highly Effective People”.
Our reading club is divided into 6 small teams, where members of each team share their reading experiences and gains with each other, and then summarize representative viewpoints that can be shared and discussed with other teams in the company's monthly reading club.
This book discusses the five management strategies for efficient individuals: goal management, mindset management, time management, learning management, and action management. Efficient individuals generally have an optimistic and positive mindset, clear goals, do the right thing with the right amount of time, and continue to learn every day, have the ability to take action when it comes to achieving goals.
Through the learning and sharing of this book, we reflect on what we have done poorly and need to improve based on our actual work. At the same time, we also listen to the opinions and suggestions of other colleagues.
Welong is a team that loves learning. In this team, everyone has their own learning plans. It is an honor for us to have such a good platform. The same goes for being a person. There is no end to learning and no one is perfect. Every person who grows up on this platform has a quality called humility and a personality called positivity. Learn through work, reflection, and summarization.

Only theory without practical action would be empty talk. Philosophically, it is emphasized that "practice is the only way to test truth." With a certain reserve of knowledge, it is even more important to value the participation of practice. Only by integrating theory with practice can the correctness of theory be verified. So next month, we will continue to study this book and apply the theories in our practical work and life. We are all looking forward to next month's reading-sharing club.
